Is SLEEPSENSOR a medical device ?

SLEEPSENSOR is not a medical device, it is not refunded.

Developed with scientists, it ensures reliable data and relies on notions used in sleep clinic but is not intended to give a medical diagnosis of your sleep.

It gives you a first level of information, including an assessment of the risk of sleep apnea upstream of a visit to a health professional.

Our mission is to speed up the management of patients and their treatment in the case of sleep pathology such as sleep apnea.

What is the small moon on SLEEPSENSOR for?

A small bright moon on the front panel gives you information about the operating status of SLEEPSENSOR.

When you press 3 seconds to connect SLEEPSENSOR to your phone, the moon flashes blue.

When you run the night scan from the application before you go to bed, it gives you an indication of its status:
> Green, you have an alarm clock programmed for the next morning
> Red, no alarm is programmed and the analysis can not be performed.

When the night ends, the SLEEPSENSOR moon flashes green.

It flashes red: it is time to change the battery!

Does SLEEPSENSOR emit waves during the night?

SLEEPSENSOR communicates with your phone using BLUETOOTH SMART: a low emission, low energy (BLE) technology.

Its level of wave emission is therefore minimal. In addition, during the night, it switches to “SAFE NIGHT” mode: the BLUETOOTH is deactivated and will not be activated until a few minutes before you wake up.
